	One bedroom, one bathroom apartments built to a contemporary western style. Sliding Japanese Shoji screens transform a romantic intimate hideaway for two into an open-plan living and dining area big enough to entertain the rest of your ski team celebrating after a day on the slopes. The apartment’s total floor area is 70.7sqm including a balcony and outside rotenburo.

Type B:

	Two bedroom, two bathroom apartments laid out in modern Japanese style with a tatami room, and break-out areas separated by sliding shoji screens. Half wall-length yuki (snow) windows provide views the falling snow while snug indoors. Japanese design concepts and sliding walls maximise the total floor area on the plan to 94.3sqm, including a balcony and outside rotenburo.

Type C:

	Two bedroom, two bathroom apartments built to a contemporary western style, designed to accommodate two couples or a modern family with a master bedroom that walks through to the balcony-rotenburo. The plan provides plenty of space to entertain in the living areas while others relax in privacy away from the action with total floor area of 92.1sqm including a balcony and outside rotenburo.
